Who should pay and how much?
In the distance-based HU-GO electronic toll system toll is required to be paid for all cargo vehicles and towing vehicles with a maximum permissible gross weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, tractors (including semi-trailer towing vehicles), and all articulated vehicle combinations consisting of such a motor vehicle and a towed trailer or semi-trailer. Fast HU-GO balance top-up, query, full service!
HU-GO user accounts are only available to registered customers and are automatically created during registration. Registered users can top up their current account by paying in advance. The cost of the distance travelled will be automatically deducted from this balance if the payment is made using an on-board device. The balance will also be reduced by the price of the ticket if a reciprocal ticket is planned.

Route ticket
Paying tolls by route ticket
It is a convenient and quick solution for those who use the national toll road network less frequently, on a specific route or do not have a HU-GO registration. To buy a relative ticket, you only need to enter the relevant vehicle details and plan the route precisely. The occasional season ticket is valid from the time of payment until 24:00 on the next calendar day.

Buy your Rout ticket at our points of sale, our trained staff will design your ticket in our offices free of charge. The Rout ticket is valid only after payment. The purchased travelcard entitles you to use the route you have planned only once and only for the duration of the validity period.
On Board Unit
iCell OBU S550 is the best choice
The on-board device is the easiest way to pay tolls. The i-Cell OBU can be purchased at our points of sale. The OBU S550 must be registered once in the HU-GO profile. After that, all you have to do is make sure that the OBU is always switched on, working properly, has the current axle number set and that the current account for toll payments has sufficient funds for the planned journey.

Avoiding penalties
The HU-GO system checks the existence of a valid road use right from 0 to 24 hours. In case of unauthorised use, the competent authority will impose an administrative fine. Responsibility can be taken by means of an on-the-spot stop-and-go check or on the basis of the principle of objective responsibility. The legislation takes account of the temporal nature of the unauthorised use, which allows the user to correct the problem within a short time after it is detected and thus avoid paying the increased fine.
